Jennifer Walter serves as Vice President, Accounting and Tax for Sol Systems, where she leads Corporate Accounting, Structured Funds Accounting, Shared Services, and Tax compliance functions for Sol Systems, its related subsidiaries, and tax equity partner funds. Ms. Walter provides financial leadership to provide accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reporting to drive shareholder value and support business growth while ensuring a strong control environment and culture of compliance at Sol Systems.

Prior to joining Sol Systems, Ms. Walter served as Global Controller for Prometric where she led financial reporting, treasury operations, shared services, audit, and controls. Before her tenure at Prometric, Ms. Walter spent 20+ years of her career in various financial leadership roles across accounting, product controls, risk management, and IT Finance in commodity trading and energy marketing at Constellation (Exelon Corp), Hess Corporation, and Statoil Energy. Throughout her career, she led various financial system transformations, developed multiple accounting policy and governance frameworks, implemented cost optimization initiatives that drove +3M in cost savings, and led risk controls in the divestiture of Hess’ Energy Marketing business resulting in $1B sale to Direct Energy.

Ms. Walter holds a BS, Accounting from Seton Hall University, W. Paul Stillman School of Business. She also holds a certified public accountancy license.
