Situated in the farmlands of North Carolina, the 130-acre Holstein Project is the largest in a portfolio of five sites developed by Sol Systems across the state.  Despite the complexity of the portfolio and uncommon design characteristics, Sol Systems’ experienced in-house engineering and tax equity team effectively structured and underwrote this 25.7MW project to ultimate success.  This portfolio was developed in conjunction with Strata Solar LLC of North Carolina, as well as the National Cooperative Bank, and will generate enough clean energy to provide for electricity for 9,715 homes for one year.
